    We started Thistle in 2013 with the vision of ensuring access to a safe and abundant food supply composed of real, whole foods that both improve human health and reduce our environmental footprint.

    All of our food is plant-forward, dairy-free, made without gluten ingredients, organic whenever possible, and nutritionally designed to make you feel energized, empowered, and focused throughout your day.     Sustainable Sourcing

    We take care to reduce our energy, water, and waste footprints across our supply chain. We even donate the by-product of our pressed juices and meals to local farmers for composting.

    Locally Sourced and Organic, Whenever Possible

    We source all of our fruits, vegetables, and nuts from local farms that provide the highest quality ingredients in a sustainable way and that treat their workers with respect.
