At Thistle, we are on a mission to provide you with dishes that help you reach your health goals, save time, and feel great. As part of that mission, we understand that health is not a one size fits all solution and that many have dietary preferences that they need met. For that reason, our Culinary Design team takes extra care to alter our weekly dishes (including snacks) to accommodate 11 of the most common dietary preferences when needs arise (see below).
While our food and juices are always made free of dairy, eggs, and gluten, our facility regularly processes soy, peanuts, tree nuts, seafood, shellfish, eggs, and pork. We do not recommend our service to those with severe allergies to these items (soy, peanuts, tree nuts, seafood, shellfish, pork). In addition, while all of our food is gluten free and we do not process gluten in our facility, we have not obtained a Gluten Free Certification at this time.
The 11 dietary preferences we accommodate include: Dairy (All Meals), Gluten (All Meals) , Eggs (All Meals), Soy, Tree Nuts, Peanuts, Smoked Meats, Seafood, Shellfish, Coconut, and Pork.
By selecting your dietary preferences when you are building your plan during sign up, we are able to customize your meals and snacks with your needs in mind. We either replace or omit ingredients of concern directly from the recipe, or, in the uncommon event that meal design precludes omission/replacement of the unwanted ingredient(s), you will be given a different meal entirely which can be seen in your weekly upcoming order page (Coming Up).
Keep in mind that you can always update your dietary preferences in your Meal Plan page.
As long as you have set your preferences in your Meal Plan page by 11:59pm PST Thursday, your upcoming orders the following week will include meals that accommodate your dietary preferences.
