Ingredients

Pancakes

1 cup rolled oats

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp flax seeds

1 ripe banana

1 orange, zest and juice (save some zest for topping)

1/2 cup oat mylk

3 tbsp cacao powder

2 tbsp coconut sugar

1 1/2 tbsp tahini

1/2 tbsp tapioca flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp cinnamon

Toppings

shaved refined sugar-free chocolate (we recommend The Good Chocolate)

shredded coconut

orange zest

maple syrup

tahini

Directions

Blend oats, chia and flax seeds in a food processor for one minute.

Add remaining ingredients, and blend for one minute, scraping down the sides as needed. Don’t worry if the batter is not perfectly smooth.

Preheat a griddle on medium heat for a few minutes. Add a quarter cup of batter per pancake to the griddle and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove from griddle and set aside.

Top with the toppings, and enjoy!
