Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoons flaxseed meal
  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil (you can sub for olive, or jojoba oil)

Steps: Mix all ingredients in a metal or glass bowl until mixture can hold its shape.

To Use: Use 2 tbsp in the shower. Gently massage area with scrub being careful to avoid sensitive areas. Wash away with warm water.

Green Tea Face Mask:

Loaded with antioxidants that improve metabolism and reduce risk of certain diseases - green tea is also a great skincare agent. It evens out skin tone, shrinks pores, and fights premature skin aging.

  • 1/4 cup brewed green tea
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder (optional)
  • 1 avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats

Steps: Brew tea and let sit until cool. Mash avocado until smooth, add matcha powder and lemon juice until fully combined. Incorporate remaining ingredients in a glass bowl until mixture is silky smooth.

To Use: Apply thin layer all over the face and body. Leave on for 5-10 minutes. Gently remove with a warm, damp towel.

  • 2 cups epsom salt
  • 1/4 cup baking soda
  • 15- 20 drops rosemary essential oil
  • 5-10 drops of lavender essential oil
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Steps: Mix all ingredients in a metal or glass bowl until mixture all are combined. Transfer salts into a glass container and store in a cool, dry place. This recipe makes about 2.5 cups total, which should last you about 5-8 baths.

To Use: Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup in bath and enjoy!
