I am a marathoner and computer geek with a passion for knowledge who loves to travel.

How long have you been a Thistle customer?

Over 3 years.

Why did you join Thistle?

I was in search for an easy way to eat healthy, found a postcard in my mailbox and decided to give it a try.

How has Thistle impacted your life?

Where do I even start.

In my 3 years of eating strictly Thistle, I have ran the most marathons per year in my life. Some years, I have run as many as 4. I have also improved my times considerably. I attribute a lot of this to Thistle. For instance, during my typical training weeks I would run up to 80 miles each week. I maxed out at 100 once or twice. This included a few 28 mile long runs at a decent pace. All of this and more fueled by Thistle.

Not to mention, my yearly check-ups have also been close to perfect. I could go on, but you get the picture.

What's your favorite Thistle meal?

Southwest Sweet Potato Taco Salad with Chipotle Pulled Chicken.
