Hanna Smiddy

Hanna graduated from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis with a degree in Political Science & French. Hanna’s passion for health, nutrition, and fitness began with participating in various sports growing up. Into adulthood, this passion has led to the opportunity to coach at HIIT gyms and more recently at a holistic gym with a focus on functional fitness. In her spare time, Hanna competes as a powerlifter, enjoys traveling, has a great affinity for all types of coffee, trying out local as well as international cuisine, and spending time with her family and friends.
