Sam Owens

Sam is a registered dietitian nutritionist who holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Maine and a degree in Dietetics from the University of Northern Colorado. She completed her dietetics residency with rotations throughout San Diego but spent a large portion of her training with programs that help those who suffer from eating disorders. Working with this population sparked a passion for promoting the importance of a healthy relationship with food.
