1/3 cup Rolled Oats
1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds
1/4 cup Hemp Seeds
2 tablespoons Golden Flax Seeds

1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
1/4 teaspoon Ground Ginger
1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Maple Syrup
1/4 cup Dried Apricot, Sliced

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, combine everything except the sliced dried apricot. Stir to blend. Pour the granola onto your prepared pan and use a large spoon to spread it in an even layer. Bake until lightly golden, about 21 to 24 minutes, stirring halfway. The granola will further crisp up as it cools. Let the granola cool completely, undisturbed (at least 45 minutes). Top with the dried fruit.

3/4 cup Non-Dairy Milk
1/4 teaspoon Vanilla
1 tablespoon Maple
1/4 cup Black Chia Seeds

Pour ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Let settle for 2-3 minutes then mix again very well until you see no clumping.

3. Tropical Passionfruit Smoothie Base

1 Banana, Peeled & Frozen
2/3 cup Frozen Pineapple
1/4 cup Frozen Cauliflower
1/4 cup Frozen Mango
2 tablespoons Frozen Passionfruit
1 teaspoon Sunflower Butter
1/2 cup Coconut Milk
2 tablespoons White Chia Seeds

Using a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth!

4. Orange Immunity Smoothie

1 cup Frozen Mango
1/3 cup Sweet Potato Puree
1/2 cup Orange Juice
1/4 cup Non-Dairy Milk
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
1/4 teaspoon Ground Ginger
3 tablespoons White Chia Seeds

Using a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth!
