Smooth and creamy peanut butter paired with bright, tart berry chia pudding made with Forever Beautiful, a superfood blend packed with antioxidants and adaptogens from our friends at Your Super.

1. Raspberry Seed Granola

Makes 6 servings

Ingredients

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

1/2 cup hemp seeds

1/8 tsp sea salt

2 tsp sunflower oil

2 tsp maple syrup

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp freeze dried raspberries, crumbled

Directions

Preheat oven to 300F.

Combine all ingredients (except the freeze-dried raspberries) in a small bowl and toss to coat.

Transfer to a sheet tray and bake in the oven at 300F for 20 minutes until golden brown.  Let cool and mix in the freeze-dried raspberries.

Store in an air-tight container for one week.

2. Berry Chia Pudding

Makes 2 servings

Ingredients

2/3 cup oat mylk (or mylk of choice)

1/3 cup frozen mixed berries

1 tsp maple syrup

2 tsp Your Super's Forever Beautiful Superfood Powder

2 tbsp chia seeds

Directions

Combine all ingredients (except for the chia seeds) in a blender and blend until smooth. Add the chia seeds and pulse to incorporate.  Transfer to a bowl or container and let sit in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes, until the seeds absorb the liquid and the mixture has thickened.

3. Peanut Butter Smoothie

Makes 2 servings

Ingredients

1 cup oat milk (or mylk of choice)

1 cup frozen bananas or 2 fresh bananas

2 tbsp peanut butter

1/4 cup rolled oats

2 tsp maple syrup

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Optional:
1 cup ice (if using fresh bananas)

Protein Powder - we like pea protein powder!

Directions

While the Forever Beautiful Berry Chia is setting in the refrigerator, combine all of the Peanut Butter Smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. You can add more frozen bananas if you wish to thicken the smoothie.

To assemble the smoothie, begin with a layer of Forever Beautiful Berry Chia, then top with Peanut Butter Smoothie and sprinkle with Raspberry Seed Granola.
