Prep Time: 5 minutes

Serves: 2-4 portions

  • Peel and chop 4 bananas then store in an airtight container overnight in the freezer.
  • Using a food processor or blender, combine the frozen bananas with 1/4 cup of your favorite milk or mylk. Pulse initially then blend for 1 to 2 minutes, be sure to scrape down the sides. Once blended together, your nice cream should have the consistency of soft serve.
  • Add in any of the flavor combinations below and pulse to combine.
  • Eat it immediately or transfer to a parchment-lined loaf pan to freeze for later. Can also let it set in fridge for 2 hours to get the more ice cream look + scoop.

The flavor possibilities are endless. And flexible, for example, if you want something more or less chocolatey, you know what to do.

  1. Vanilla (1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract)
