  • Peaches: High levels of Vitamins C and A found in peaches help promote healthy and clear skin.
  • Watermelon: Despite being composed of mostly water, watermelon is full of vital nutrients as well, including Vitamins A, B6, and C!
  • Cherries: These guys are filled to the brim with melatonin, a natural compound that promotes better, more restful sleep.
  • Tomatoes: Notice your skin looking vibrant and youthful? The antioxidant, lycopene, found in tomatoes, helps rejuvenate skin.
  • Corn: This cereal grain is a low-glycemic carbohydrate with high amounts of fiber!
